Wether you require forms to automate your business processes or you need to design a survey or poll, I can assist. I make use of either JotForm, Google Forms or Microsoft Forms to design web based forms which can then be automated. My services include:
Consulting with the client to gain an insight into their business and to obtain the necessary material for form design and automation.
Designing and showcasing draft versions of their form(s) and improving the look, feel and functionality with each iteration and in close collaboration with the client.
Automating the form. This may include auto-generating a branded email to the respondent or merging the form results in a document or saving the form results to a MS SharePoint or Google Sheets list.
Publishing a final version of the form and hand-over.
